2025.11.19 Visit to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and Japan Semiconductor Policy Proposal

  On November 19, Director Samukawa visited Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) on behalf of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU).

During the visit, discussions focused on the critical necessity of “industry-government-academia” collaboration between Taiwan and Japan within the framework of Japan’s semiconductor strategy.
